History
The name Baristo Patavium derives from the Ancient Roman name of the city of Padova in Italy, from where this unique blend originates.
Technology
Baristo Patavium is a blend of Arabica varieties from 5 different countries: Brazil, Tanzania, India, El Salvador and Colombia. Brazil uses the sun-drying method of coffee processing, while in the other countries, a fully wet process is utilised. And in Italy, a master coffee roaster, through a medium roast, turns the green coffee beans into perfectly brown ones, releasing all their fantastic aroma!
Result
Baristo Patavium is characterised by a rich flavour of almond and cocoa, with fresh fruit, citrus and flowery notes. Each of our Baristo Patavium coffee doses is individually foil-packed, in order to preserve its rich coffee aroma.
